Get a one bedroom and a flex wall to create somewhat 2 bedroom. Then a$1,200 to $1,500 1 bedroom is $600-&750. In S Texas you can still find a studio for $695. If desperate get a 2 bedroom with 4 twin beds. You gotta do what you gotta do.

I have lost numerous friends to cancer. I think we have too many chemicals in our lives, too many food additives, too many chemicals in our homes and on our lawns. I am a senior citizen and don't recall so much cancer when growing up. I was not as prevalent as now. Nowadays even many children are getting cancer.

Make America Healthy Again!
@Curlyblonde3 күн бұрын
You can easily see the difference in people's health related to their diet and quality of their food and drink when you compare the general health, physical appearance and physical abilities of North Americans versus that of the Western Europeans. This stems from the Europeans banning many of the toxic artificial ingredients, additives and preservatives along with the pesticides and herbicides in their food and drink that are allowed in the North American food supply. The Europeans have a longer life expectancy, a better quality of life in their senior years, a more robust physical activity level, less severe chronic and debilitating illnesses in old age and more healthful, natural physical appearance with improved skin and hair quality in old age in their natural state. You are what you eat.

No mortgage, no vehicle payments, and a small loan that will be paid off in the spring. With SS, My retirement ( with health care deductions) and my wife with a small retirement. 6K yearly taxes/insurance. We pull it off but a price! No extra spending and live frugally. My wife doesn’t like that we can’t have an RV/camper. I’d like a 60’s car. First thing first!

I usually see single people over 70 getting about 1800 or more a month. People over estimate amount of SS before retiring. They really need to check with the local SS admin far ahead of retiring.

UK only gives £920 => $1,240 so $1,800 is 50% more than the UK so would seem doable. Move to SE Asia where you can live on $1,200 per month.

Taxing these "entrepreneurs" into oblivion is the answer. Monolithic corporate entities and mom and pop real estate mogals bought the affordable homes .. many with cheap loans from the banksters. When it comes to housing for the working poor and less well to do seniors there should be a "cap" on capitalism. Why doesn't our 250k a year ( part time) lawmakers in DC care about these people? We could solve this problem overnight.

The county property taxes are going up 8 percent, that is just property that doesn’t include the school property taxes. A fee counties away the taxes are going up 24 percent. Home and car insurance is going up. I don’t think incomes are keeping up with the increase in prices. If you are on a fixed income, it is even worse. I pray Trump can turn things around but, we’re nearly $37 trillion in debt. Ouch.

Dextrose is another name for MSG. Natural flavors listed in the ingredients could also be MSG. Red Dye 3 should be banned. At $1800 it will be impossible to find something to rent, especially in California. Even collecting double @ $36,000 it won't be easy to find something to qualify.

How many of these people get triggered when the idea of getting a roommate is mentioned? How many of these people had the chance to buy a home for $100,000 back in the 2010’s? Oh wait. They love the Commiefornia weather you say? See how John Williams is making videos of buying some pretty nice homes in Ohio? Know you can buy a home for $150,000 in Roswell NM? Oh wait.
