Honestly i just followed the fascist focus tree towards latin entente, and assigned a fascist demagogue, didn't do anything different to usual, The reason i picked grand battleplan is firstly because i wanted to, secondly i love the entrenchment bonuses for following that tree plus defence, didn't see much point going, superior firepower because i wasn't going with hella arty, i never use mass assault doctrine, and feel like mobile warfare didn't feel right with france, maybe im wrong, but usually i use that if im the us or germany, i used to use superior firepower all the time but switched to grand battleplan one day and didn't switch back
