Love your videos. Woke up to a shut down furnace yesterday morning. Carrier error 33 rolling to 13. Filter fine, no restrictions, etc. Flame roll out continuity good. High limit switch open. Jumpered that and furnace works fine. Flames all look good in the box, nice cone shape, clean flow. Ordered the part online for $19, arrives in 4 days hopefully. Living on a budget! Not a fan of living with the jumper but should be ok. Has never been needed in 20 years so hopefully wont be needed over 4 days.

@@tphvac87 Its open even when out of the furnace. Edit...the codes initiated immediately on power up too. Seems if it was working correctly, the furnace would initially work fine, and then the limit would open when whatever defect occurs. I have the same problem. It's Asthma. Watching Curtis the past year or so, I'd bet money on it. Asthma is not a single disease, it's a blanket term for many respiratory issues. Just watch the video's when Curtis is in an attic and look at all the particulate floating in the air that he's been breathing. Insulation, dust, mold "especially in that air handler", rodent droppings all produce dust and particulates we breath. Eventually, it irritates the lungs, the lungs start producing mucus which obstructs the passage ways in the bronchi, you find yourself winded from light exertion but you recover quickly and you're constantly coughing and swallowing dealing with the mucus. Without meds it's like having a constant respiratory tract infection and Yes it's worse in the cold. I agree Curtis needs to see his Doc.
