Apparently the face threader thing needs more twisting, I thought I followed the instructions well but APPARENTLY NOT haha. Have any of you used it with success? Comment below!

Face Halo, but there are others like the Makeup Eraser, and other brands - they're microfibre cloths so you only need water to remove makeup, and the fluffier side exfoliates more, though they don't feel like they'd exfoliate, they indeed do.

angelica pain A tip is to pull all your hair up in a ponytail on the top of your head. Use a soft scrunchie and don't make it tight. Then do the curl rods. When you wake up and take the rods out, and remove the scrunchie, the curls have a kind of halo effect. It's really pretty and I use that method when I want it more natural.

Erin holocrush88 While on Wish, shop with caution. Sometimes you get pretty decent stuff but other times you get things with really bad quality. Just go for the things that have a lot of reviews. Read the good reviews, but also read the bad ones to see what might go wrong if you purchase a product. Often their clothes are made of cheap material, but some of their wigs and extensions are not too bad. I wouldn't trust makeup from Wish because they don't have to go through the same screening that more reputable companies have to go through and their ingredients could be anything. Also, if it says that a name brand makeup product is the original one, trust me it is not. Additionally, some of their makeup brushes are actually not bad. Overall just be careful and read the reviews
@angelicapain5331
@angelicapain5331 6 жыл бұрын
Erin holocrush88 I've bought we're a lot off wish. You do need to make sure you read reviews. Id avoid make up although the Asian brands are very good other stuff is generally knock offs. Clothing is mostly in Asian sizes so making sure you check size charts is always a good idea.

A Sens not necessarily. And its known as 'textured hair' not afro hair. Usually only african americans, or people of that culture have afros, but anyone with textured hair can use a flexi rod. Textured hair is curly, wavy, puffy.

For the foam rollers you should roll from the tips of your hair to the root that way the ends will be tucked in and stay put. It also helps to wet your hair with only water (no product) first then roll your hair. If you put products like leave in conditioner or dry oils or oily products in your hair before rolling it will make your hair too heavy and it won’t curl. Foam rollers are an easier way of doing ribbon/rag/paper curls ☺️💕 works beautifully once you train your hair fibers to curl

So true. I have ordered close to 750 items from Wish and have never had a single issue getting a refund if something arrived damaged, never showed up, was poor quality, not what I ordered, or was not accurately represented in advertisement photos. All problems of which I have encountered however I still LOVE wish and will continue ordering dozens of items weekly bcuz I know I'm guaranteed a fast and easy refund for any reason basically.

It's fair to note the flexi rods turned out how they're supposed to with your hair type Shan. If you have kinky hair like black women they'd turn out better. If you still wanted to use them i'd suggest getting the smaller ones (that aren't so wide) and using it on wet hair. It might allow the curl to be more defined. 💓

Madison....your mom used the cigarette papers as make shift perm papers. Perm papers are used to help control your hair ends when rolling onto perm rods. And coming from a hairdresser who occasionally either runs out or loses their perm wraps THANK YOU because I never would have thought of just running to the gas station for a pack of rolling papers! That's actually insanely ingenius!

Emmy Patten I hope your back is feeling better. I have chronic back pain and have had spinal surgery back in 2014. I can sympathize. I hope resting helped your pain and that you are doing better. I don't wish this ongoing pain on anyone.

Emmy Patten I’m sorry you’re going through that hun. I too have had chronic back pain for the last 5 years and still continue to have it but I’m only 19 so no one will perform surgery on me. I hope your pain clears up a bit more and remember if you ever need to talk, I am always here 💖💖 always keep fighting

Aww you girls are the sweetest! Thankyou for your well wishes! I’m so sorry to hear what you’re going through- it’s not nice at all. Sending gentle hugs to you both, and anyone else reading this who struggles with chronic pain. Xoxo I had a car accident a year ago, and have struggled since with nerve entrapments in my spine, which gives me immense pain in my back, arms and legs.

Emmy Patten Oh dear that sounds awfully intense. I want to share my favourite quote with you, one that I found when I was going through a tough period that really helped me get back on the tracks again: “You endure what is unbearable, and you bear it. That is all.” I would like to think that maybe one day if you find yourself in the same position I was in, this quote might help you like it did to me 😘😘 xxx

Yes would loove more of these loved it so much!! So disapointing that the foot peel didnt work. As I gross as it is peeling of dead skin is so satisfying for some reason. Those noodle thingys worked well though. I love the 80’s kinda curly hair :))

You were meant to twist the thread on the threading tool! That’s the entire point of threading! Obviously it didn’t work without twisting, there’s nothing to pull hair this way

You have to try the ‘Starskin’ foot mask. It’s less messy.. outside is dry! And it will peel off all the ‘old skin’ in the days after!

With the foot mask you have to soak your feet for 20 min in warm water for a few days after the first day. I used one from Amazon and it really worked. Yours didn't give you good directions. 👎😞

Those hair rollers are from the ‘80s! It’s how us teens & tweens got our spiral curls on w/out a perm. You roll them in wet hair & blow dry or leave in to air dry. They came in different ‘80s day-glow colors & different sizes; widths & lengths. My set was bright pink. Ours seemed to be better quality than these. Anyway, wow thanks for the flashback! Haven’t thought of those spiral roller days in awhile! I really enjoyed this video darling. You’re so fun to spend time with!
