I’m from Ukraine and live in America, specifically in Miami. He basically described typical gold digger that exists in literally every country 😂 you won’t find a wife material in places you’ve described in any country. There is some high percentage of gold diggers among Eastern European girls .... On the other hand I have met many people who are married to Ukrainian girls in particular and their advice to me was always just forget any plans to marry unless you are marrying a Ukrainian woman ....the way however is to meet her in a normal life cycle not on dating apps or clubs or agencies .... Ukrainian women are usually working independent women that are also great housewives with unbelievable cooking ..and their love is so passionate that man feels always in awe ....the traditions which exists in eastern Europe also grants the man a huge amount of respect if he is a real man and by real man I mean a caretaker and a responsible person and strong personality Many of my decent friends got married while they are studying there and went back to Syria with their wives and frankly even when the war and bad living situations ensued these women has been nothing but absolute example of loyalty and support to their husbands ......in Turkey my refuge country three of my friends has already married a Ukrainian woman ...my friends as Syrians are refugees and struggling to build a life here and their wives are obviously not their for the money ....in fact they were pillars to lean up on for their husbands ....i have seen other side of bad experiences as well but frankly if you try to find a pearl in the nightclub... you won't

I've dated Ukrainian women and my experience has been very positive. A few pointers: 1) Eastern European women ( and Asian, African and Middle Eastern women ) look to the man as the provider. It is historical, cultural and actually sensible as men have better jobs and salaries in those regions of the world. 2) Humor is a individual thing. If you known the mindset of the girl, you can discover what makes her laugh. 3) Dating agencies or night club girls all want money - irrespective where you are around the world. 4) In a region where there are more women than men ( 1/3rd of Russian & Ukrainian men are chronic alcoholics )of course a woman is going to overstate their values. Having lived for a long time in Ukraine and speaking Russian fluently, I can tell that they are nice and lovely at the beginning, then once your are attached to them, they start playing that "mind game" (making you jealous, manipulating, using you, testing you all the time) and drive you crazy. You have to know that Ukraine (and Slavic countries in general) is a matriarchy, despite the pseudo macho culture. In general, while the guy shows off how manly he is (in an over exaggerated way), the wife manages the finances, makes the important decisions, even if the man brings in more money. Slavic women are very emancipated actually. Contrary to what you can think, western Europe is a way more patriarcal society. The wage gap is way smaller in Eastern Europe between men and women, and women have often jobs with high responsibilities. And also: most of them have a blatant lack of humour and cannot understand self derision or irony, and feel constantly offended.

More like reasons why not to date a Western male. At the end of the day, you are who you surround yourself with. If that's what you're looking for, that's who you are going to attract. From what I can already tell is that despite trying to make it seem like you're being considerate and have all this "experience", you're not taking into consideration the differences in culture, traditions, and demographics, in addition to the obvious generalizations that were made throughout the video. 1) Gold-digging/Mobile ATM's: What's considered "gold-digging" and "toxic masculinity" in the West are norms in Eastern Europe. There's nothing wrong with a woman expecting for a man to be financially stable considering he is the breadwinner/the provider while women are responsible for other duties. Do some women exaggerate with this? Yes, as they do in just about any country. Additionally, you also have aspects of there being more men than women on average. 53.9% of the overall population is female and let's not forget about poverty either which adds on to a woman's concern for her need for financial security. 2) Humour: Despite having lived in the states for nearly a decade, I still cannot understand the humour. I find it unintelligent and moreso dumb than funny. Stand up comedies consist of one night stands and vulgarity, yet us "foreigners" would be the ones considered to be lacking in humour. We communicate our jokes through anecdotes and through politically based comedy which naturally differentiates from whatever humour is popularized in the West. 3) Basing your opinions off of interviewing a friend who doesn't speak Ukrainian or Russian and friends who just come to Ukraine for holiday? Hmm, doesn't take a person with a high IQ to wonder what these particular friends were/are looking for. Unlike in Western countries even women who choose to live a casual lifestyle in Ukraine still expect to be courted even if short-term. You can always stick to your native countries where women are okay with having casual sex and do not expect to be wined or dined. 4) Scams: You're going to judge the type of women but not the type of men who go through marriage agencies and use Tinder? It's like expecting to have a healthy meal while ordering off of the value menu in McDonald's. I wouldn't give a man the time of day if I knew that he even has Tinder on his phone whether it's in Ukraine or any Western country for that matter. 5) Overestimated Value: Subjective and individualistic. I can see this being true but on the flipside, Ukrainian women put a lot of effort in their appearance and in maintaining it. Moreover, they are also skilled in the kitchen and in their womanly duties. I can see how too much confidence can be an issue but once again it boils down to where you are looking for these types of women. You target a posh woman in a posh club, not sure what the expectation would be then. I don't see how this characteristic would be specific to Ukrainian women. Overall, pretty disappointed in this video. Of course, you're entitled to your opinion but your opinion isn't a fact and you brought forth zero evidence when backing up any of the claims you made. Hopefully, you needn't spend much longer in Ukraine in any pursuit of a woman if your opinion is so low of us Ukrainian women.

I was looking for similar videos to better understand Ukrainian culture and women, so I appreciate your comment because you add then other side of this story. He does list issues wealthier men have in dating, but it is universal as you point out. In the US this is the average American girl he described, minus the beauty and femininity. Is there really a big problem seeing by women when men use Tinder? Like in the US everyone uses it, sure mostly to sleep around, but also the more mature and serious people will use dating apps because it is convenient. So I guess my question is - is there a very strong cultural stigma against using Tinder in Ukraine? So much so that it would be very hard to actually match with cute women interested in serious relationships only? 🤔

Good video but I personally disagree, I am Mexican and be three 3 times so far and I meet excellent ladies in all senses, of course some ask for expensive things but is up to you to do it or in a very diplomatic way reject for the moment and they understood. But in the other hand is quite possible that many men away from their best in shape or years have bad experiences with young ladies but this happen everywhere and not only in Ukraine. In the final analysis, Ukrainian girls in majority are good and decent ladies and potentially good wifes. Just be yourself and not prentend be whom you are not.

Conor Clyne - Tsar Experience is apparently the largest county in Europe, cossacks roots, of course beautiful ladies. I was at Aurora Hotel which is good enough. It has also the largest flower clock of the world if I understood correctly. I contact one lady and she avoid to go to discotheque but instead choose go to nice restaurants, walk in park. It has large buildings from the Soviet era, and what I was impressed the most was the giants sunflowers jaja. I go by taxi from Kiev to Krivoy, around 6 hours trip. This lady meet me at Borispol Airport and then go together to the town. Was a nice trip.

According to my international friends, I have a great sense of humor, and I have never met a Ukrainian girl related to any dating agency. I am sorry that you met girls who are seeking for money and having not so high language skills. But I lived 21 years in Ukraine, and the majority of girls I met in my life are not the same as mentioned in the video. Definitely, my opinion is subjective, but as well as the opinion of Conor. Therefore, it would be nice if he shares his opinion in the video, which is 100% fair, but mentioning that it is only his experience and his subjective view of Ukraine.

I think this young man is wrong as far as the majority of Ukrainian ladies. I am older than this man. But, I lived in Ukraine for 4 years. I dated a number of ladies ( some just once and other for longer) until I met the right one! In life you will have some people try and take advantage of you. But, one of the best parts of life is learning what you like and dislike and what you want and need in your life. The one thing I found special about ladies from Ukraine is they all want to love and care for you first. Then money and material are second. They want to know you are going to love them. Otherwise, they will move on. Face it gentlemen. What makes Ladies attracted to men is being able to show that you can love, protect and keep them secure. Whether you like it or not you don't really have any value to them if you can't do those things. I understand that you don't want to get taken advantage of but the bottom line is if you want to have someone in your life who's going to love you unconditionally you have to protect them and love them unconditionally. It's nonsense to say that all Ukrainian girls are going to take advantage of you in some financial way. When most of the time whatever Ukrainian ladies can get they usually appreciate way more than most of the ladies in other countries that I have met. The bottom line is you want a quailty lady in your life. You need to invest the time and money to find her. I promise, I have had 2 marriages with ladies in the USA. I studied medicine in Ukraine for 6 years. Had my first ever relationship there then a second and they were beautiful Ukrainian women and they wanted to get married to me. I was a student then so I couldn't oblige but I'll say that I found love, so much Iove there and I am definitely going back to invest in that country. Now, I am in love with Ukrainians and Ukraine in general. Oh well....don’t know where to start. It actually depends on what you wanna get..and which girls you chose to meet (and also where). So if you go to the nightclub and be immediately stunned by a very beautiful girl you don’t actually expect a true love from her. It’s all about what you’re aiming for. But the types of people discussed in this video are quite common for a lot of (if not for all) countries and cultures. My friends have asked to make this video for the last year to give a more balanced impression for guys visiting Ukraine for the first time. Sure, there are similar issues with dating in other countries but in Ukraine they are more prevalent especially if the visitor doesn't speak Russian and/or is unfamiliar with Ukrainian culture. I've actually had very few problems personally since my very first visit to Ukraine back in 2009. Tinder works well in a lot of countries. The only place my friends complained about it was in Ukraine. There is a serious problem with scammers in cities like Kiev and Odessa. In addition to the example I gave, I've also met foreigners who have been charged more than 10 times the real price by restaurants that the Tinder date 'suggested'.

Hello Conor, good video! I have been travelling to Ukraine for the last 11 years. During this time I've had my share of bad experiences and the worst were in Odessa. However I would like to point out that there are many women that are very nice, family oriented and really looking for a partner. I must say when guys like myself go to Ukraine in search of a partner it is a fact that we look in the wrong places without doing any research expecting to meet a nice beautiful woman who will jump into our arms, that does not happen! Most of the foreigners I have met while living in Ukraine, were tourists, so this is a type that is searching for a quick one night or I guess a "trip" stand, clubbing and going to the restaurants...Good, well educated girls usually do not have time for it, and are not in the clubs every day. We work and study, same as most of the world. We go out in the end of the week, but not every end of the week. I'm offended by this video, though I think the biggest issue is the "places" you find these type of girls (really...who do you think uses tinder?), and the taste of the men, and their sanity is questionable in this case.
