What is this having to do with Dungeons and Dragons?

This scene is from a show named "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" that's set in the universe of the Terminator movies and aired from 2008-2009. During this episode one of the characters is put into a sort of dungeon where he's tortured and there's also what you could call a metaphorical dragon in the form of a military drone. Because of that the creators of the show titled the episode as "Dungeons and Dragons". However it doesn't have anything to do with the actual game of D&D, it's just the title.
