Thanks for the descriptive tags, for those of us that aren't yet familiar with all of the different types and sizes of Locomotives. As far as the long running train goes, there is a slide bar at the bottom to speed up you viewing pleasure.

One day I will be back home there to railfan with all the cool Portland area people again. Just at a stopping over point here here in the lazy Deep South of GA. Rail fanning is ok here, but does not come near close to where your heart really needs to be.

Really cool! That's just south of me since I live near Seattle. If you guys are ever up here, let me know!

+Northwest Railfan We don't have any immediate plans for such, but will definitely message if we happen to be up in the area.

tsgmultimedia Sounds good! Right now they are putting a third mainline through the Tukwila Amtrak/ Sound Transit station. That might be a good place to shoot at once there are more trains.

Cool. If this is the Albina Yard, I live about 30 miles southwest of there. Russ

It seems like a good place to watch trains! You get out there much?

I have been there two or three times, but not recently. I had a short stint in 2008 working for Gunderson Rail Car in Portland. They have a small train yard nearby. I used to come to work early a lot(graveyard), and listen to the then new SD70ACE's idle, and watch nighttime switching operations with the NRE Genset Switchers. It was a calming effect, and still is for me.

Nice catches! I have to agree with 510trackside, but that's what the progress bar is meant for. Nevertheless great video!

Cool spot. But watching a train pass for over ten minutes, I feel is painfully boring. The title sounded promising, only to yield a handful of trains in 30+ minutes.

+510trackside Our Train Bonanza videos were created along the lines of our "A Day At" DVD series. We have been considering changing the format around a little to be full of more locomotives and less rolling stock. In the meantime, you're more than welcome to use the little progress bar to fast forward if you don't like to see the whole train!

On the other hand, people into being "realistic" in model railroad operations should take note of the speed.

Wow. A train moving at walking speed. That's 15 minutes of my life wasted. I could barely stand the raw excitement. You really know how to keep a viewing audience riveted! Next video lets all watch a train rust after it rains. Or maybe watching new paint on a train dry, turn yellow and then peel off.

Thanks for watching! You might like some of the other videos more. These train run by ones are really intended for people who like to see and hear the whole train.
