Halo sir g I hope you are doing well.. Sir g I have a question.. In some patient the TSH level is high or low but t3 and t4 are are normal? In which condition this can occur

A high TSH level with normal T3 and T4 levels usually indicates a condition called "subclinical hypothyroidism," which means your pituitary gland is signaling your thyroid to produce more hormone even though your current thyroid hormone levels are considered normal; this is often due to early stages of thyroid dysfunction and may not present with noticeable symptoms.
