17:50 Yes, I have created many patterns with only shapes. I even sold a Backpack on RB last week with one of the patterns. Thanks for the video, I have created many patterns but got to learn lots of new things in this. Will apply these tips in new patterns.

Thanks for sharing! Yes, I’ve been doing more designs without words. Especially since Merch added more places to sell.

Thanks. Is there a way in Affinity D to make softer, slightly rounded corners? Can't seem to find a way to do it.
@mrconsignment3 жыл бұрын
There's a video called, Affinity Designer Pen Tool and Node Tool Tutorial - Beginner to Advanced, that shows pulling handles on nodes using the ALT key on a PC to round alot of designs. The node has to be a circle, not a square. Note: The video is 1 hour 13 minutes long.

Yes... If I picked "align stroke to center" or "align stroke to outside" and have my join as "round join" it would be rounded

Super duper easy to do in canva …there is sooooo many geometric patterns to chose from that can be layered to create your own unique design

do POD services have art restrictions at all? like printing gradients or things like that?
@DetourShirts3 жыл бұрын
Well they print CMYK... so no colors out of gamut and they can't print anything metallic, glitter or puffy because it's basic a color printer so keep that in mind... gradients should be okay though

Yes,I keep doing patterns sometimes, but I don't enable it on tshirts. I have a question, For text designs , they don't look good on leggings , throw pillows and some products, what do I put on those products ?
@DetourShirts3 жыл бұрын
I would do patterns for leggings.... you could get away with tshirt designs on throw pillow and bags
