I put Raiden in my party to wish for his weapon, and I got double Redhorned. I switched to just Wanderer and Nahida to cons and I got C2 back to back on no pity. I think the daikon is the trick.

I've been watching every one of your Genshin summons reactions and gotta say, your luck seems kinda bad. I'm just coming back to the game now, after a bit of a break, so I haven't pulled in a while, but the last few times I did, I remembered winning the 50/50. Although, I don't pull on the weapon banner. Just the main character even banner (back when they only offered 1 five star). Oh and during this video, that fortune slip was a lying sack of crap. Maybe you need a lucky location to pull at. Like maybe a specific location based on which character you are playing as. For example for Raiden, you could go to that statue in Inuzuma where she was sticking those visions.

In Genshin Impact, theirs a reason I don't pull weapon banners much, but then When I didn't even want the weapon, I got Klees weapon, so after that I pulled for Ganyu's weapon, it might have cost a bit but, I did get it, and then when I got my Amos Bow, pow, before getting it a Wolfs Gravestone. I think hoyoverse fells bad for you if you don't pull or have shit luck in pulling weapon banner, but it takes too long, to get it, but it happens.
