I think basically the way you are explaining it she's an executive officer, what you call an XO in the Army. An XO in theory is second in command to a CO (Commanding officer) for a unit but in practice they are kinda outside the chain of command and handle mostly planning and administration, only ever actually stepping in to lead if the CO is unavailable either permanently or temporarily.

Ok, crazy head canon tangent. The height of different characters got me autistic, so i have a theory of how this is possible. The square-cube law is the biggest limiter in real life to people being capable of being giant size. After thinking through the idea that maybe the one piece world was smaller, not ruling it out but it cant be enough to make a big difference. The next thought was that the people of one piece have to be made of tougher stuff, something incredible strong but light enough to be able to overcome the weight issue. Asking a few simple questions after that. What is the strongest material? Sea stone. Is that capable of being incorporated into a body? Not in its raw form, making a nail seems difficult enough, but it has been shown that sea prism stone can be chemically bonded to water, as shown in skypiea with the pyrobloin clouds. I propose that sea stone is present in all seawater and in some small amount in the people and environment of the one piece world. If devil Fruits use the pyrobloin naturally in the body as a catalyst to change the lineage factor of the host, then a side effect of having a devil fruit would naturally be a disruption of ability when in contact with the substance or immersed in a solution of it. If sea stone is what allows the powers to manifest by altering it's hosts lineage factor, then it holds that over exposure of it would cause a disfunction in that process. There are more avenues to explore on this but I think you get my point. Pyrobloin is in everything and its the source of many fantastical aspects of the series, except miss goldenweeks abilities cause those dont make much sense.

Tsuru’s and Doflamingo’s ”rivalry” is hinted at from when they’re first introduced in the manga during the warlord meeting. Doffy is playing around making two marines fight each other and Tsuru tells him to cut it out. In the anime they changed it and gave her line to Sengoku.

I think Tsuru wasn't promoted to an admiral, because she had her fruit to begin with, and the ability she had isn't terrifying or powerful enough for an admiral position. You can even imagine a possible alternate reality where Tsuru didn't have her fruit and was given one of the first 3 admirals logia fruits upon her promotion, for example Tsuru with the ice fruit.

Building upon Tsuru's family, what if Hibari is also a member of her family as well? What if Hibari's mother is actually Kujaku? They both have the same hair and eye color, and when Hibari was frozen in Chapter 1081, the only other member of Sword whose reaction got focused on (besides Garp and Koby), is Kujaku's, who had the strongest reaction next to Koby's. Of all the other Sword members, why was her reaction the one that we got to see alongside Koby and Garp's, unless Hibari is somene important to Kujaku? Also, when she called out Hibari's name she didn't use any honorifics like Koby did (he called her Hibari-san), hinting at a sense of familiarity between the two, which you usually only see between family members or close friends. At the very least this could hint at a familial connection between them, on top of Kujaku being one that was caring for Hibari while she thawed out. Bonus, Hibari's name also follows the pattern of female marines being named after birds, Hibari being named after a skylark. Assuming the theory of Hibari being Akainu's daughter is true, I guess this would mean Kujaku is Akainu's wife? It would explain why Akainu is seemingly okay with his daughter going off on these dangerous missions. Because mom is there with her. Only issue is the potential age difference. Akainu is in his 50's, while Kujaku is likely in her 30's. Maybe rather than being his wife, Kujaku is Akainu's daughter instead, making Hibari is his grandaughter, in which case Hotogisu might be Akainu's wife. As for why his granddaughter Hibari talks like him but his daughter Kujaku doesn't, maybe Kujaku was rebellious and didn't want to be like her father, taking more after her mother, while her daughter went in the opposite direction and took more after her grandfather. Kind of like how Luffy shares more in common with his grandfather than he does with his father.

Here is an idea that I thought of while watching the Lili video the other day. What if the reason she never returned to Alabasta, is because she stayed with Pluton in Wano, and that is why the Poneglyph in Alabasta mentions the location of it. This works with the fact that the Poneglyph in Alabasta is hidden away, where only the royal family can find it, and that the secret of it has been passed down. There might be a few more details that supports this idea, but until I finish rereading the manga again, this is all I have to go on. Keep up the great work, and can't wait for the next video.

People underestimate "anime genetics". She's 100% Tsuru's daughter or at the very least related. Just like how even though Shimotsuki Ushimaru didn't turn out to be Zoro's dad but his great uncle instead. That means that Tashigi is 1000000% another Shimotsuki cousin. From the SBS we learned that only 10 out of 25 people who left Wano stayed in the East Blue so Tashigi is 1000% a descendent of one of the other 15. In fact every single character with Japanese aesthetic (since Wano = Japan) is 1000% from Wano or a descendant: - Fujitora, pretty damn obvious, those 25 people left 55 years ago, and he seems to be slightliy older than that or just about right - Akainu, he's 55, depending on the month, he either left as a baby or was born after. The link? He has an irezumi (Yakuza sleeve tattoo) - Kumadori from CP9 and his mom, obvious Kabuki aesthetic

On the contrary, Queen's Hair in the manga is colored black and officially he has blond hair. Tsuru's hair is not black but dark blue. Oda's not only inconsistent with height but with hair color too. See, for example, Law's hair in earlier artworks show him with blue hair and/or dark blue and sometimes it's drawn completely black (vol. 69 for example). Furthermore, Tsuru's husband could have blond hair!

I like to think of Tsuru being to Sengoku what Tashigi is to Smoker. She was introduced as Master Chief Petty Officer, she makes it to Ensign (2 ranks above MCPO) after Alabasta, and now she is a Captain (5 ranks above Ensign). Sure, in G-5 there are NOT Commodores or Rear Admirals, because G-5 is a mess, but I'm sure there were some Ensigns and Lieutenants (Fullbody was a Lt at the beginning of the story, to give an example) in Loguetown, and she had authority over them despite being of a lesser rank, because she was Smoker's second-in-command. Basically, Tashigi has whatever authority that comes with Smoker's rank, as she speaks for him, even when speaking her own mind. In fact, take the incident at Hachinosu as an example. When Garp was not around, Captain Tashigi was the one calling the shots, despite Rear Admiral Kujaku, who outranks her twice, being present. Sure, pre-TS Tsuru didn't have the rank to order any of the Admirals around, but if any of them tried to pull rank on her, she just needed to pick up a Snail and have Sengoku repeat what she had just said. Their authority doesn't come from their rank, but from the role they occupy. An order from Tsuru equated an order from Sengoku, in the same way an order from Tashigi equates an order from Smoker. And on a side note, if an Admiral tried to pull rank on Garp the result would be the same, but not because Garp would be backed up by Sengoku. In fact, if Sengoku got involved, he'd most likely tell Garp to fuck off and do what he was told. But he'd just not do it because he wouldn't want to, and the only alternative would be to physically force him to obey, which might not be a good choice for the Admiral in question. Garp also command authority higher to an Admiral but in a different way. And of course, I'm sure both Tsuru and Garp also commanded authority out of respect due to their so many accomplishments and accolades. I don't even see Sakazuki trying to boss around Tsuru just because. In fact, even as Fleet Admiral, I see him asking her for help instead of ordering her into action.

Tekking, you're clearly oblivious. Both your assumptions AND the movie are correct in Tsuru's hair color. She obviously painted her hair black, but is naturally blonde.

Kingdom?! You're reading Kingdom?! Let's gooo!! Are you going to make videos on it? I would love to watch them. However, I would like to advise caution. If you look it up, you may find a hand full of videos that all have about under a thousand to 2 thousand with the lone exception being King Of Lightning with 10 thousand. I think that King Of Lightning is the only consistent Kingdom videos. I would think this is the cap. I hope this has been informative and I'm just so happy that you are reading Kingdom.
