"I have no interest" - therefore it's "underwhelming". That's not great logic. And "why didn't they just put it in a roadmap?" Because they thought they would so something different and "fun" for the festive season. Me personally? I don't buy "new" content, based on the history of issues. I only buy it once patched, played by others and often on sale. So I'm indifferent about new releases anyway. I'm also not bothered by flashy social media announcements, but that doesn't mean I don't respect them for doing something differently.
