A great vlog. Well done with the 120 lap, must be pleased with that. There has been some great coverage of practice week, with many riders really putting in great times, obviously the good settled weather helps. Let’s hope it hangs around during racing. Two good results so far as well although I imagine Martin may now be sent home on the ferry for having the bare faced cheek of finishing where he did in the Super Twins! 😂 Seriously though you can see how much more you are enjoying this years TT compared to last year. You've even got on the TT coverage a few times and Mark Miller has given you a shout out a couple of times in commentary.

Can't say much more than well done Dave!!! 121.243mph on the big un and 113.092mph on the twin - nice one....... Saw some footage of you through Dukes Bend and on down through Windy Corner - boy does that Akrapovic 'howler' can sound the business - mutts nuts and dog's bollox also spring to mind especially hearing your howl through Bradden Bridge! Congrats to Martin too - good steady quali times @ 112 and 115!!!

No on bike switchable fuel mapping button?You've had this 'misfiring' before. The fuelling is that critical it matters what time of day you ride, even though the elevation changes are a constant? Do you lose a quantifiable amount of power if its ratio is slightly richer when not going over the mountain?

In theory the bike will compensate for changes in air temperature and density, but the reality is the ecu needs to see it a long way out before making any changes. 2 maps is an option but now it's trimmed a little better, it'll be fine

2d logging which is free with the data logger on the BMW. Not as good as Motec though

👍 ...how many helmets do you try till 2023 in all your miles , and the "one way" visors what do you think if you struggling with the sun , raindrops , light&shadow , sythetic light like tunnel run night rides ... in the video we can see that your eyes and facial-muscle/nervs are "overloaded" ...save calorines
