How do you figure? I would bet you don't even know what her actual duties involve, or how well she performs them. You say that because a frauditor hunting for confrontation approached and she didn't back down. You ignore the editing the frauditor did to eliminate evidence of how he got into that office, which was through a locked door one has to be buzzed in. That means it isn't a publically accessible space. I'm guessing there was an intercom and the frauditor lied to get through the door. A woman standing up to a beta male attempting to act alpha does not make her nasty, she just proved she was smarter than he was.

James...get Amy Gallow in all of the official legal trouble she should be in for absolutely and directly REFUSING to let you do your FOIA request at the entrance to that department SHE clearly stated SHE is in charge of. Better yet James, get her FIRED if you can, because that is what she truly deserves to have happen to her after she SAW AND HEARD the cop NOT make you leave OR shut off your camera in the public areas (in accordance with the LAW in Illinois). No one who watched what took place with Amy could reasonably argue what she did was reasonable, professional, doing her job or LEGAL under FEDERAL or STATE LAW. Citizens DO NOT need someone like her sucking up their tax dollars while acting like she did, like a wannabe-tryant who thinks she gets to control others.

@joelgraham68207 ай бұрын
actually, no. Courts, as determined by the Supreme Court of the United States determined that courts are not a traditional public forum. They recognize that, especially family court, cases may involve minors or juveniles, who require additional protection of their identity, and any mental trauma releasing their identity may have. In addition, even adults who are defendants are entitled to be considered innocent until.proven guilty, and since frauditors lack any thought or consideration of others, do not take the reputation of others into account. Then you have witnesses, who may not be known to the public, and their identity necessary to be protected. You have undercover officers who must be there to testify, and their identity remained confidential for their own safety when performing their job. Then you have all the conversations that take place between a defendant and their attorney outside of the courts in which the frauditor is not a party too, but his microphone doesn't edit those conversations out, and recording another's private conversation is illegal in many states. Illinois is a 2 party consent state for instance, and has laws against "eavesdropping" via electronic devices.
@stomper2582Ай бұрын
@@joelgraham6820 bring them in through the Sallyport. It’s not the public’s responsibility to create privacy. Is a member of the public can be in a place where they can see them with their own eyes then it’s their right to record them. He could always Foia the courthouse camera records and get the footage so what’s the difference, Karen?
@joelgraham6820Ай бұрын
@@stomper2582 You are correct that it isn't the public responsibility to create privacy, it is the Court's. Guess what. They do so by restricting recording within the courthouse. As I mentioned, one reason they do this is for the protection of witnesses, as well as juveniles, who have to appear for court proceedings. This is to avoid a chance that witnesses and juveniles aren't identified and potentially subject to intimidation, or worse. Your "rights" to record stuff does not trump their safety. As I also mentioned, much information is shared between a defendant and their attorney. The confidentially rights between an attorney and their client is also not lesser than your desire to be able to record for no real purpose. You, like other moron frauditors, keep saying things like "you can't trespass my eyes or ears". However, as the Supreme Court has mentioned in their opinions to cases, your eyes and ears cannot zoom in, or enhance a sound to make it more clear from a distance, and they definitely cannot record. What your eyes and ears see and hear cannot be spread across the internet, turning someone else's personal business into public information. Yes, you can FOIA the security footage from a courthouse, but that footage will be subject to redaction in order to protect the identities of those I've mentioned, and they will most likely not contain any audio. What you fail to understand, or care to at least, is that there is no legitimate purpose to film in a courthouse outside of someone attempting to prove they can. Any authentic purpose someone, like an actual news organization, would have to record in a courthouse for news purposes of public interest, they would petition with the courts to be allowed to do so, as listed in the procedures of the court. Real news organizations realize this, and the moralistic purposes restrictions are in place. That's the thing with these frauditors running around like jack asses recording everywhere. It serves no actual purpose except for a frauditor to entice reactions to create content for their KZbin grift. An average person has no reason to record in the places the frauditors try to, especially when there to partake in the offered services themselves. The average person respects the privacy of others so in return their privacy will be respected. This is in contrast to frauditors, who, although they choose to make themselves a public figure, whine, complain, act like babies, and attempt to retaliate against anyone who even reveals their real name. Quite the hypocrisy.
@joelgraham6820Ай бұрын
@@stomper2582 One last thing. You stated "it's their right to record them", which is untrue. The actual "first amendment right to record" is based on the freedom of speech and expression clause of the constitution. The Supreme Court has ruled repeatedly, under the public forum docturine, that freedom of speech is not absolute, and not free to exercise anywhere people wish, especially when that freedom is for commercial purposes. Instead of trying to twist the constitution and laws to fit your purposes, try actually reading them and understanding them. Basing your understanding by what frauditors are saying is flawed, because they also don't understand the actual rights and laws, and they lie frequently, which is why we call them frauditors.

She also needs Botox. Why they keep hiring these dumb blondes is a mystery to me. There are not very smart people working for the state. Being smart and Intelligent are two very different things. Have you ever seen the "college students can't answer simple questions"? For example: A surgeon goes to school for a long time to be able to do what they do, but even though they can do what a lot of people can't, if they aren't able to or know how to change a flat tire, does that really make them smart because they can do one thing very good? Someone smart to me is someone that has many skills and has common sense.

@joelgraham68207 ай бұрын
do you really need to be instructed on how phones work. You do not need to be recording to scan a QR code. Also, the same sign is located on the front door, and can be scanned, even without entering the building.
@shawnjohnson32137 ай бұрын
@joelgraham6820 you need a phone to take a pic of the qr code. Don't need to be recording. If you look it shows no phones. If you know anything about qr codes you would know you have to take a pic not video lol. I'm not talking about the one on the front door I'm talking about the one in the building where they are trying to say your not aloud to use your phone.
@joelgraham68207 ай бұрын
@@shawnjohnson3213 that particular sign states no microphones/audio recording, no photography, and no filming. Says nothing about no phones. It also appears to be the same sign posted everywhere, which I can also presume is the same one at the front door, and as I said earlier, if upon seeing that sign walking in, you can scan the QR code outside before you even enter the building. Truth is, the person who made up the signs probably didn't want to make multiple designs for the specific places, so made one general sign for everywhere. It does not make the rule any less valid if the order was issued by either, the chief judge or the chief Justice, and US Supreme Court has already determined that since a court house is NOT a traditional public forum, freedoms of speech, including those exhibited through photography or motion video, can be limited, or restricted, within a courthouse.
@louissams82637 ай бұрын
@@shawnjohnson3213it's meant to confuse
@joelgraham68207 ай бұрын
@@louissams8263 the addition of a qr code does nothing to change the actual communication of rules within a courthouse. In venues like this, as well as a whole host of state and federal service locations, the photo or video aspect, which is what mist frauditors focus the attention on, is actually the least problematic of recording. The audio recording portion however could be argued, and quite correctly in fact, as the most unlawful activity, and especially the public rebroadcasting of for profit. In a courthouse, any communication between a client and his/her attorney is privledged. Pretty much every state has laws against audio recording a conversation of which one is not a party two, regardless of the location and forum, and states like Illinois are two party consent states, where even as a party to a conversation the permission of everyone in the conversation must give consent.
