TTC Bluish White switch review

I really like my TTC Bluish White board... but I think I may upgrade to Boba U4. It's quieter, more tactile, and I actually like a mushy bottom.

I looked for your review on the Box Royals to see how you liked them in comparison to this and the T!, but couldn't find it. They are a top tier tactile that you should definitely check out.

I love these switches. To me at least they're *VERY* tactile, and feel quite smooth given they are pre-lubed. I'm wondering if you got a different revision or something because mine DO NOT sound like that. They are very pleasantly quiet with a soft, muted sound in my Keychron V1. I dunno though, mostly I've only used Cherry switches in prebuilt boards. These switches are what I went with for my first kit build. I'm certainly going to be trying some of TTCs other switches because these are very nice to use.

I was thinking the same as another review from 2 months ago rated these very smooth and quite tactile, similar to what you mentioned now. Have a set incoming so shall see for myself soon enough. Could be TTC has tweaked them since initial release.

@@Finnisher_DAD Hope you like em! It's been 9 months for me now and I absolutely adore my keyboard. WPM went up by 25 since i got it and have been practicing. I've really been enjoying the switches.

@@vidyajamesu just got them in and yeah these are def quite tactile and smooth. Not super smooth but not scratchy either really. Do like them they have a very unique bottom out feel and sound, will have to feel more, but considering I was after a noticeably tactile switch that's not super loud yet smooth, these are good!

@@Finnisher_DAD My Keychron is fitted with a nice pad, softens the bottom out even more. Plus between that and the natural softness of the switch I find it easier to type for extended periods.

Nice this coming from you. I've been curious about them. The double spring always intrigued me. The inside seems to be pre lubed. Kinda weird they're not smooth enough. I've been using TTC gold pink and they're very smooth IMHO. Although too light for my liking. As for general TTC switch compability, they're not fit for Outemu thin fitting. Although, still can be sawed off to fit.

These switches seem like they’re the exact same color as Kailh Polia, which is another switch you should check out. Apparently they’re Halo/Holy Panda clones but I don’t notice it. They’re good though!

Yo I’m looking for a tactile switch that is heavier than a gateron brown but also feels more tactile. I’m also not looking to break the bank. Do you have any recommendations

So far, I've found that the Durock T1 is the best bang for buck tactile switch. The SP Star Purple and the Bluish White are also pretty good if you don't want your switch to be **too** tactile. Plus, all these switches are more tactile than the Gateron Brown :)

I personally like how they sound but oh my the feel is awful, one of the worst switches ive tried thankfully I purchased a switch tester and did not go all in and went a full 90-pack(like I did with my first custom keeb, ttc gold pink, it was a huge gamble but no regret :) theyre nice)
