Thanks for the comment. I included a link for the one I used in the description, but basically, It has to be a basal body temperature thermometer,, the ones i've seen are all digital, BUT it needs to show two decimal points, meaning that it's showing your temp accurately to the 10th of a degree, and the last digit is the error (speaking scientifically). For example it needs to be able to show 98.99, not 98.9. Two decimal points, otherwise it's not accurate enough for tracking the temp. I hope this helps.

If I wake up late as I go to bed late, can I do the basal body temperature when I wake up late or I should try and get my basal body temperature measured between 6-8am then go back to sleep?

when i was using it for contraception, and was very serious about it, i always did in before 8, just to be safe. I believe your temp rises whether you're awake or not after 9am. you could try taking it later, just to get an idea, if it's still accurate and you're still able to predict ovulation, or if it's completely impossible to tell what's going on. If you're using for contraception, i'd be very careful and cautious, just to be safe.

I kind of dislike how the title of this is like implying that if you just do these things, you'll get pregnant... It's not like that for all of us, just objectively. Statements like that make it seem like it's within our control when it's not.

It’s only God that has the power to open the womb , intercourse is just a human process. read the Bible . You are blessed . My second and third I got pregnant first time and I didn’t do anything but I’m late 30s now it hasn’t happened that way 😊
