Cara alternatif membuat tteokbokki atau kue beras Korea. Rasanya yg unik, membuat kita ketagihan. Selain itu bahannya juga sangat simpel, sehingga mudah untuk dibuat.
Bahan~bahan:
🍢20 lembar rice paper
🍢150 gram keju mozzarella
🍢1 sdm dashi
🍢2-3 sdm gochujang
🍢1 sdm kecap asin
🍢1 sdm cabe bubuk
🍢½ sdm bawang putih bubuk
🍢3 sdm madu
🍢2 sdm biji wijen sangrai
🍢1 batang daun parsley cincang/daun bawang
🍢2 sdm minyak wijen
🍢1 sdm tepung maizena + air (jika perlu)
🍢300 ml air
