When A and B =1 T3 and T4 are ON then isn't Vb6 voltage should be 0.2+0.2+0.7= 1.1V as it is turning both T3 and T4 ON? Why only 0.2+0.7=0.9V??

Sir I hv a question that is when A is 1 and B is 0 then we consider saturation voltage that is 0.2v but why not we consider Vcc as it is also connected to T3 with 5V ?
