I'm not sure that your spectrum analyzer results shed much light on the quality of the signal sources. A harmonic level 50dB below the fundamental equates to around 0.3% THD, which is orders of magnitude worse than the THD as measured on the Keithley - I suspect the SA isn't linear enough to measure the harmonics of these high quality signal generators.

Could you please do a video on buying a real oscilloscope (DSO/MSO/MDO/etc.), a video for a person much higher that a hobbyist but still not yet a fully professional engineer, more a budding professional sort of thing!

I suspect there is some issue with the Rigol Spectrum Analyzer, it's suspicious that all 4 devices have a 2nd harmonic at about -50dBm.
