ഇന്നത്തെ കാലത്തു 3 സെന്റ്റും 3.5 സെന്റ്റും ഉള്ളവർക്ക് ബിൽഡിംഗ്‌ റൂൾസ് വെച്ച് 3 ബെഡ് റൂം വിത്ത്‌ കാർ പാർക്കിങ് വീടുവേണം എന്ന് തോന്നിയാൽ രണ്ടുനില മാത്രമേ പണിയാൻ പറ്റൂ. അത് sqr ft 1500 നും പണിയാം 2000 നും അതിനു മുകളിലേക്കും പണിയാം. Land ഉം മെറ്റീരിയൽനെ യും ഡിസൈൻ നെയും ഒക്കെ ആശ്രയിച്ചിരിക്കും.

better 2 floor, go for single floor only if you can include all your requirements within 6 cent.
