Lost a playoff game in -5 degrees to Chiefs. Fins been dominant in playoffs last 25 years - drafting Tua ruined their epic playoff winning streak. Tannehill would have put the team on his back in KC and won the SB..... (I don't get the hate either)

Yeah, cause talking shit bout your previous coach who only wanted to help you grow and get better by finding your weaknesses in your game, addressing them, confronting you about them, try to make you better at them, even if you didn’t like the way he went about it, is a great leader and person. Tua got his feelings hurt by a coach who constantly pushed him to be the best version of himself. Maybe Flores used language or tactics that maybe tua didn’t like, but at the end of the day, a coach isn’t gonna try and make a player worse. Maybe I’m wrong, maybe flores wanted to take Tua’s career and throw it in the trash can, but I HIGHLY doubt thats what Flores wanted. From what I asses out of the situation is Flores was constantly finding the weaknesses in Tua’s game, confronting them and trying to make him better at football, and Tua got his feelings hurt. . .

I have to say, he seems very genuine. Not perfect and doesn't claim to be. Not arrogant. Wants to be good and cares. Put someone on a team with a like minded coach and then you'll get the best out of good people. Conversely, if you take honest people and shit on them, they will look in the mirror and assume that they are shit. Its not hard to understand. But what IS hard to understand is how some leaders just don't seem to understand that the best way to make the leader look good is to have their people make them look good! I was in the Army, FEMA, Fortune 500 and small businesses. In each instance, the best leaders get the best performance and then the best leaders get recogonized. What value is there is beating up people, relentlessly? The leader is going to go down with the people they've been beating down.

49er fan here and I felt so bad for this kid seeing how bad he was getting trashed. At the time we had Jimmy G and when Mike got the job at Miami I knew it was going to be a perfect fit with Tua because Mike's motto is about positive motivation and developing players. Tua already had the skills to do the job. This kid is the real deal and just got stuck with the toxic Bill Belichick coaching culture. From Flores to Josh McDaniels. 2 coaches from New England and 2 coaches who got fired and were known as toxic.

Flores is best suited as a D coordinator. Just think what could've happened had he supported Tua from day one.

Lets see if the Dolphins can translate all the good vibes into a playoff win. The roster is stacked so there's no more excuses.

Remember tank for Tua? The Dolphins got their guy and since day one the media has been saying he sucks. The 2020 class has the distinction of the top three QBs still being with their original team.
