Solana is wrong: Burrow tore his ACL and has still played 5 more games than Tua. They have same the same career completion %, 68.1. Tua has 98TD-41INT, Burrow has 130TD-43INT.

That practice squad defense held the chiefs to mostly field goals until they got exhausted from constantly having to go back on the field while the offense lead by the "elite top five qb" kept stalling out and only put up one td on a horribly thrown pass that tyreek had to come back for. And lets not forget the final bills game last year where the offense didn't score at all in the 2nd half while the practice squad defense forced multiple turnovers and then when tua had a chance to tie the game he threw a game losing pick trying to get the ball to chase claypool of all people

Tua is NOT Having a better season than Burrow. It's mind boggling to me how some don't view Tua in the same breath as the other top qbs in the league. What makes those dudes in games that matter they show up. Tua and the rest of this offense don't show up in big moments. Take the bills/rams game they were down big. It's the same as the team as a whole, nobody looks at us as for real because we beat up on the bad teams and disappear against the better teams. This offense looks flat in most 1st half's of games and people expect that defense to hold good teams. Nah our money is on offense that's who needs to be leading this team. That blaming the D argument would be legit if we actually would be in a shootout every week but we're not. But I digress.

@champ2233killad just my eyes, and the past 40 some odd years I've been watching football. I don't mean any disrespect to Tua when I say any of that, or what I'm about to say. The style of play is different. Tua needs a lot more help around him then Burrow, the arm strength alone is a big factor, when things break down, it's alot harder to throw with anticipation when it's a scramble drill ya know? But in that same scenario, a stronger arm can save you, and even deliver some massive plays because of the randomness that happens in those scramble drill plays. Think of the best case scenario for Tua like you described, top 5 o-line, average to above average weapons. I think Tua would thrive...but I also believe Burrow would too, most QBs would, you have a wall in front of you that provides you time to scan the field and move the chains. Now think of the worst case scenario for Tua, no o-line, no run game, average to below average receivers/tight ends. With the style of play alone between the 2, it's pretty clear that one would probably succeed more often then the other in like for like scenarios. I don't even factor in the injury history, because let's face it, they both have missed ALOT of games. Chan said it himself, it's the eye test. He's obviously seen it up close at the professional level, unlike myself, but it's pretty clear to me after all these years that in like to like situations, one is more likely to be successful then the other just based on the playstyle, and the talent/production shown so far. I am in no way shape or form saying Tua sucks, or anything even close to that. People who say that are mongoloids. You can't watch them play every week and ever have that thought cross your mind. If you could theoretically exchange the 2 players into whatever situation, I think it's likely that Burrow succeeds more often, or just provides better production. No shade at Tua. You're better at things then me, and I'm better at things then you, we are both better suited for different things, doesn't mean you suck 🤷

Buffalo and the Chiefs he played against. This is the problem! You guys are quick to jump to his defense; and honestly don't even follow or know what's going on with him. All these excuses are made. How do you not know his playoff record? Oh because that would be confirming te truth about him. He's not that good. Inconsistent. He'll have great moments; and he'll have horrible moments. Darnold is prime example of what happens when you have support and you're actually good. Tua has a coach and gm who has given the man everything. He still can't succeed. Is the line great?No. Thats it. And as far as the line; thats on him and the line. It's not just the line. If we had a better qb; he could cover the blemishes of the line. I can tell you now it's hard to pay the qb which they did, and pay some defense and expect a great line. You can't pay everyone. He made the choice. Tried to hold them hostage even. Yet he's this great guy. The first chance he got hr told you how he really felt about flores yet he's a great guy. Funny how whem flores was asked about Tua; he actually took the high road and will be coaching next year. I wonder where Tua will be. Flores was right about him.
