Many of you have forgotten that tua was an elite hs player, elite College player...breaks his hip gets drafted to miami to an incompetent Coach and offensive system. So many formed their opinions at that time. And most people will go so far as to look really stupid than admit they were wrong. Flores was not and is not head coach material and almost ruined a great talent!

It was awesome to see Healthy Tua doing Tua things this Sunday- his almost comeback while injured in his last game for bama was one of the most courageous & heroic displays by a QB I have ever seen & he almost single handedly pulled that game out of the fire... all the negativity he has been subjected to since then failed to recognize that he has been injured & not 100% while negotiating the BIG leap to the NFL show- so this is a good story for Tua, Miami, & the NFL>>> also the story of week 1 in the NFL 2023 for me IS Tyreek Hill>>> look at the abysmal performance by the rec corps in KC Vs the success Tua had Vs the Chargers... to me that is a HUGE story for the week 1 results- too bad the BRONCOS could not take advantage of that situ to jump to the Division lead>>> our team has a long way to go before we are a dominant team again- we will see where we are at after the first quarter of the season is in the books... also very excited to see Rogers debut as a Jet>>> I was not super impressed with Love's arm talent despite the V over the bears [as is typical!]

They used to bring the motion across the formation, but last year LAC was adjusting their safeties and changing coverage with the time they had for the motion man to get to the other side. This year, they start the motion from off the tackle and LAC had no answer.

He’s not a top 5 qb he just a top 5 accuracy and processing id put Lawrence in that processing But it also helps when you have two speed demons that can get open extremely quick allowing it to come out in 2.3 sec but hands down best qbs in league is pat joe herb Lamar Lawrence as of right now are my top 5 I got tua over allen so far right now

It goes unnoticed alot, but McDaniel runs alot of these plays out of the same formations, with the same motions, but there are dozens of plays that they can run. Its incredibly hard to defend when everything looks the same but they are doi something different every snap

The way Waddle runs the route @22:09, I wonder if its supposed to be a semi-pick for the defender sprinting full steam to try and catch up to Hill. The spacing just looks crazy because Tua is throwing it into an early window instead of what I think may have been the intended window which would be after hill makes it past Waddle and the runningback has cleared out the right side flat.

The play at the 21 minute mark. I think that was actually a play intended for Waddle. If you watch the safety he is running full speed to his left chasing Hill. Once Hill cleared waddle, then waddle was going to be running free in back of end zone. I think the routes were supposed to clash to further muddy the waters for defense. You will see Bosa broke through quick, so I think Tua went to Hill early to avoid sack.

I noticed that slight motion and couldn't believe more teams haven't been doing this. It's a subtle version of the XFL running start. It also freezes the defense because the also have to hold before the ball getting snapped. McDaniels is a mad scientist.

At 23:50 good job by 81 not jumping for that ball - he knows there's a deeper route behind him and the ball's going high to get to the back line. If he hadn't trusted the play and the QB and thought it was a bad throw he might have tried to go get it and that could have been a highlight play or it could have tipped off his fingers.

Does Hill get wide open so often just due to his speed? Or is it happening because of play design and/or Hill's ability to read the defense and go to the open areas? For instance, at @10:12 obviously his speed is helpful, but he also gets a good juke on the defender off the line. (Perhaps just the *threat* of his speed helps as well.)
