Hi Dr Corey, I had laparoscopic excision of endometriosis in 2019 with womb ablation. I was advised to get tubal litigation (titanium clips) which i regret as i suffered 12 months pain and swelling afterward (maybe related to having h-EDS?) my question is, also in 2019 i had a pelvic x-ray and was diagnosed with advanced ankylosing spondylitis, the x-ray revealed that i have 1 filshie clip on one tube and 2 clips on the other tube. Is this likely to cause any long term complication? Was there any reason why the surgeon used 2 clips on one side? Will that tube/ovary “die”?
