Hi Sir, I newly joined the channel. I must say, you have taken a great initiative in awaring people about the diseases, their causes, and remedies - explaining each and everything in detail. Its really adorable. I am recently diagnosed with bone tuberculosis. I have a request if you could make a video on this. However, let me share with you my case history : six months back I had developed a bump over my right leg foot 5th finger metatarsal bone. I went to orthopedist and he suggested me to do ice messaging(it was six months back in initial stage) and gave me medicine for overcoming swelling which actually helped me overcoming pain and swelling but the bump didnt go off completely, a little bit pain was always there. But, when I felt I am feeling comfortable with the pain in my bump in right leg 5th finger. I was continuing the ice messaging but it had been 4 months it didnt go completely off and all of a sudden pain increased. Then, doctor suggested for MRI and in MRI, it came out to be Giant Cell Tumor. As per doctor suggestion I underwent for open biopsy + extended curettage + bone grafting. However, my biopsy result was bit surprising. It came out to be the tuberculosis. Here are the exact wording from my biopsy report : " GROSS MORPHOLOGY:Single bottle recieved containing friable bony and soft tissue bits measuring 1x1cms.(AE) MICROSCOPIC DESCRIPTION: Section studied showed fragments of granulation tissue showing extensive granulomatous inflammation composed of epithelioid granulomas with Langhan's giant cells with some shwoing central caseation necrosis,periphery shows dense lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate.There are entrapped dead and viable bony and cartilage fragments with extensive fibrosis.Periphery showed fibrofatty tissue. AFB Stain:Negative IMPRESSION:Right Vth metatarsal bone curettage shows granulomatous inflammation favouring tuberculosis. " Orthopedist checked with Pathologist twice and came to be tuberculosis AND Doc told me to consult with Pulomologist. And, he has suggested for the review of the biopsy block(for my satisfaction) and put me on TB meds. What is your thought on my biopsy report. Also, I didnt have any of the symptoms like coughing, sneezing, no bumps in my lungs. I only had one symptom i.e a bump in my foot at 5th right leg finger and swelling around it with pain. This bump was developed all of a sudden. Currently, my pulmonologist suggested to take tablet Akurit-4 along with a gastric tablet Sompraz 40 and vitamin tablet Benadon. NOTE : I just recently discovered with TB and consulted Pulmonologist. I'll highly obliged to you sir, if you could provide you take on my case?

Sir my wife's lymph nodes are swollen. ENT DR. suggested for neck sonography. After neck sonography ENT DR. told that it's TB. For further confirmation advised for FNAC test. Due to lockdown no one is ready to perform this test. Can you please suggest any other test to confirm TB. Request you for immediate reply.
