Ladies and Gentlemen! We're the Tubes!!! Best band I've ever had the fortune to witness in my life. Three times. Different each time. Blow away each time. You really define generations of music!

The imagination...the musicianship...the talent...WOW !!....One of the best Bands in history.....soooooo under-rated ...!!!
@FelixTheCat24x75 жыл бұрын
The late Maurice White from EWF helped them put this together. That's why it sounds like EWF.

The 80's mix is sometimes difficult to hear today, but the set-up, Wouch! With Chuck Findley conducting brass!

Sometimes when I listen to Tubes, I’m convinced they were the best band ever.

I'd forgotten just how good this song was. I remember reading about how clever the lyrics were in Rolling Stone when I was just a pup. "Never been too cunning and I'm no linguist." Brilliant!!!

I was in the Marines and me and my buddy used to lift weights to this tape. I remember saying "Damn this song sounds like Earth Wind and Fire". It was later that I found out why...because Maurice White was involved. :)

Well said real live horn sections coupled with a bassline and study drum kick/snare snappIng the words of the late great James Brown saying "Take it the Bridge".@

@@Ifyouonlyknewtruth , Gary Grant, Jerry Hey, Chuck Findley trumpets. They did record many of the EW&F albums but not the cats that were out on the road with EW&F. Not trying to prove any point other than Gary, Jerry and Chuck are some of the BADDEST HORN PLAYERS EVER!!!!!
