Tucker 1044 Initial Dyno Run View #2

A view of the original dyno run as we started the restoration of Tucker 1044. Tucker's utilized a 335 cubic inch Franklin helicopter engine produced by Air Cooled Motors. It made 94 BHP and 221 ft/lbs of torque at 2,700 RPM's. The low RPM's are the result of the engine's aircraft origin.

Another awesome dyno run! 94hp doesn't sound like much for a car of this size and approx. weight. But 221 ft/lbs makes up for the power. Is this in Net or Gross rating? :)
