Diane Green thank you so much for watching I really appreciate it I wish I would have made more rough walk and talk videos but I think this might be one of the only ones I will be posting of the Tucson show I am safe away but stuck in California at the moment with my grandmother at a very nice Hot Spring RV park and I am not afraid of the virus at all I would love to get back to Taos New Mexico and help my community though since I’m a little bit stuck and every day gets harder and harder for me to get back I think I’m just going to offer free guitar lessons online to help folks that are quarantining themselves

Cool video! It's amazing that I can go to 10 different gem and mineral shows . And at least 3 of them will have the same material as the other but completely different names and locations! Tons of knowledge can be gathered at these events.

Nice vid Dave. That moss agate you showed early on did not look like any I have seen. But then again I have not seen that much. Havagudun Dave.

E. D. Law LOL thank you for liking the agate by the time I film this video I was already there for nearly a month and I was totally desensitized to all of the material that I see day to day I wish that I would’ve bought in 10 times more than I bought at the Tucson show but that’s just the way it is I can never buy enough and even things that I thought looked casual look so much better now that they are so far away

Did you ever find out about that lavender amethyst? I would love to get my hands on a chunk of that.
@lapidarydave3 жыл бұрын
I suspect it is man-made there’s another material that’s very similar to it that begins with a G that one of my employers gave me a nice piece of but I think it’s different than what we are calling lavender Amethyst in this video

Man I wish I could take advantage of some of those prices. I think my rock guy buys all his stuff there and sells it to me for $7 pound. At least, the more commonly available stones.
@lapidarydave4 жыл бұрын
ElGatoLoco698 they are definitely great prices but they get even better during the Tucson show I would say this particular vendor is charging a higher mid range price wise but still great deals This particular vendor charge is almost twice as much during the Denver show I try asking him for the Tucson prices that I remember and they don’t really budge they just tell me to pick it up in Tucson
