I own the same Tudor BB bronze as you, this 43mm case. I have owned mine for 7 years and bought it new also. I’ve enjoyed watching the patina develop over the years and I’ve worn mine a lot. Mine has stayed at the gray color now and I don’t think it will patina any more. I wear mine only on the textile strap and you’re right, it’s not a nato strap. These straps are made by a family owned company in France that’s been in business for over 100 years. They use these old timber lumes to make the fabric straps. If you ever wear the fabric strap and get green coming off the buckle area simply wash it in water and liquid soap, rinse it out and lay it out to dry overnight.

This is not the 58, this is the OG bronze BB. It was always called BBB. It was produced in that colorway for only 2-3 years then they changed it to fume grey color which is in production until now. They also have a limited production bucherer blue variant which is also very beautiful. Among all variant this one by far is the rarest. The looks is subjective and I always find this variant very attractive. I own it and despite being large, still find it wearable and I get most comments and compliments on it. I also own the 58 variant which is also beautiful and my wife loves wearing it. A final remark about the prices, these watches grew in prices because of their rarity. Not much but almost back to MSRP levels. Which is a bonus. The patina can easily be removed, there are plenty of videos on KZbin on how to restore the watch to it OG condition and color but I personally wouldn't remove it. It is basically my memories with the watch and I like it this way. Have a great day

Is it just me or is the bronze used in the bbb darker than the bronze used in the 58? I want the 58 in bronze but I like the looks of the bbb so much more. I wish it was a little smaller.

I really like it, looks really cool. The oxidation is a lot less than I thought. I own a couple bronze watches, one of them oxidizes black like yours, but a lot darker mostly on one lug, which I probably touch the most when I use the bezel. The other only oxidizes like speckled it’s stunning.

I bought an (actual) BB58 - lovely watch. Proportions better from me (compared to the normal BB). Thanks for the video.

I have this watch and a maxi case Submariner (very shiny) however of all the watches in my not huge collection this is one of my favourites, its quality without being flashy. I can wear it anywhere without worrying about unwanted attention, not the same for Rolex. It's got the charm of an old rusty pickup truck you see at a car show. I just Bloody love it

You could shine it up and paint it with clear lacquer to preserve the shininess!

got a question?? what is the differences between 79012M vs 79250BM?? thanks guys
@4by_yotaguy3739 ай бұрын
I really hope you did a quick Google search to find out by now, but if you haven't, the biggest noticeable difference is the size. With the 79250bm being the 43mm case, and the 79012m being the new model at 39mm. But there are numerous smaller differences too, including dial color, etc.

Bummer you don’t like it. I’ve had mine since 2016(?) whatever the first year they came out was. It’s been all over the world with me. Been in multiple oceans. Up and down mountains. It’s aged with me.

Mate, the Strap is 23mm, not 22mm.

thanks for sharing that....what an unusual strap size :o)

I would like it a lot better with a matte black dial. The gray is just a little off to me.

It would take less than 10 minutes to restore your patina'd watch back to its original condition.
