I just saw that video and subscribed and am now watching this one and will be watching more. I did comment on the sleep video. I would venture to guess the reason why that video went so viral is that so many people have issues with their sleep patterns. And to know that for millennia, we have not always slept for extended periods of time all at once probably gave a lot of people comfort. I hope more people watch the video and that it helps them get more restful sleep. I hope that more will come to watch this video as well, as it is important to destress to get good rest.

Heather, I found when I’m extremely stress and having problems sleeping, that writing in a journal allows me to sleep. It’s like once it’s written down, my brain doesn’t have to think about it anymore.

I'm a Christian U.S. veteran. I try to do daily Bible reading and prayer. I also currently do music therapy, and creative arts at my VA. I will be starting aroma therapy soon and possibly other things in the whole health area. I love getting out of the house talk to people. Oh, I also talk to therapists, and a social worker. This week I'm sick so I missed my music therapy. 😢 Physically I'm a mess. Need to lose a lot of weight, etc. But I keep pressing on. I have watched this video and the sleep one. I have prayed and wished I was normal. But I don't know that there is a normal this side of heaven.

I really love this. It’s important to bear in mind that a lot of the older understandings of physical and mental health are still practice in the east and Vedic traditions and are ever being proved to be beneficial undertakings. What the Tudors had was time and contemplation, which is essentially what we as a society lack and have done since the industrial age . But many other Cultures still practice this today.. Thank you so much for your content really enjoyable as always

Music speaks to me. I have always found singing and playing music to be deeply restorative. Definitely going to find the music of the spheres video.

Hey! I just wanted to say this was very interesting. Although I would have one recommendation: the frequent use of AI generated images on this channel has a cheapening effect on me (and maybe others). It would be great to think through a solution to put forth more real paintings (there are so many great options out there!). Also, I am sure many new artists would love to help:) I think your research shows passion and real great paintings on your thumbnails would reflect that more! Hope you’ll take it the right way. Otherwise, nice work!

I watercolor; and in the warmer months, I garden. I have raised beds waist high, so the plants surround me, and make a little cave for me to hang out in privacy....and breathe. I'm in upstate NY, so it's a sadly short season.

I tried valerian for my chronic insomnia but it made it even worse. My reaction to it was similar to the reaction I had to a very potent espresso, my heart was pounding like mad, my brain was buzzing and I almost started shaking. It did prove to be good for getting cats high, though.
