Would like to see how to actually set it up for pantograph quilting. None of that is covered or shown.

what I have gotten the most out of this video, now that I'm quilting on my new cutie frame, is the how-to's of shifting the quilt properly once I've reached the end of a row . Thank you Karla !! you are such a cutie ! ;)

This was so helpful!! Thank you!! I just ordered my cutie frame with the laser and I’m thrilled to see how it works with the pantographs. It’s going to be *sew* much fun 🤩 🪡

Do you ahve to use the Grace legs and table to do the Pantograph? Can it be done on a regular table? And can we see it used without the stitch regulator?

Just to let you know, the Cutie and the Q zone frame are on sale right now at Grace Frame. I ordered the Cutie, but I decided to cancel that and go a step up and get the Q frame. The sale is quite good, and I went for it. I am excited! It is a Christmas in July sale. I think they are having another sale in Oct.

That is great moving for a larger quilt.

I'm new to Cutie. Just came yesterday. Where would I get the stitch regulator and the laser? I've not seen these before. Thank you for showing how to move the quilt from side to side. That demonstration was precise and easy to follow.

I’ve not got my Cutie frame and Q’nique set up yet. To do pantograph could I move the handles from the Q’nique to the rear? I don’t have a laser yet but might consider later.

I am interested in purchasing the Cutie frame. However, it concerns me that the frame appeared to shimmy and shake while Karla was quilting the pantograph. The frame appears rather flimsy. Any thoughts regarding this subject from quilters who have experienced the Cutie frame for themselves?
@jenadina2 жыл бұрын
The cutie frame doesn't shake when on a solid table. I don't have the legs but I agree that it looks very shaky on the legs!

I’ve just bought a cutie frame and decided to watch this. There have been a lot of questions asked in the comments,but where are all the answers?
@petmomful22603 жыл бұрын
Did your Cutie come with the flat top carriage for you to set your domestic machine on, or did you have to buy it separately? I would like to see answers as well.

thank you for this video. She is so cute to watch and she does explain things so well - I wanted to know more about the pantograph process using the Cutie. I am having trouble seeing where I would put my design on the table. On Long Arm videos it's in the back. Do we need a special grid for this?
@audiclinton438510 ай бұрын
What model of machine are you using? How deep is the neck. Thank you! I can't wait to use my Cutie.

I was interested in a cutie frame, but after watching a few videos the handlebar position looks very awkward
@petmomful22603 жыл бұрын
I ordered a Cutie, too. It had not arrived yet, so I upgraded to a Q Zone Hoop Frame. It is a bit larger, but also the handles are up higher, so it seems less awkward. I felt the same as you. Also with the handlebars low on the Cutie, you have to roll up the front of the quilt because it is in the way of the handles. I realized that by the time I bought the Cutie, and the legs as well, I was spending almost as much as the Q zone, so I just went for it. (I wanted the legs so I could stand up and quilt.)

I see you don't use leaders. Wouldn't it be more cost-effective to use leaders vs. using an additional 10 inches of fabric backing and batting?
@dbella96783 жыл бұрын
Few questions: 1) is there a weight limit for the machine you use on the cutie frame and 2) do you need side clamps? If so, does it come with them?

Also, the live streaming had problems. There is a lot of freezing in the video. They needed to use two camera setups side by side, one for actually video recording the tutorial, and one for live streaming.

I would like more tutorials on here! Sorry but she made me think she really wasn’t quite expert in using this! She is boring
@larryfrost83 жыл бұрын
I think she's great. Think of this tutorial more of a reality check. For a frame with tradeoffs like requiring frequent repositioning, she's keeping it real.
