Mine is on its way. Thank you for the video on how to assemble. Had me laughing with the drop count 😂

Thank you for your video. You made it real, loved the drop counting. I watched a couple different assemble videos, yours was the easiest to follow. The instructions in the book are pretty good, but it is faster and easier to watch you. 🙏🥰

I feel you with the drop count. Dropping the Allen Wrench is the most annoying part of assembling anything. Thanks for the tutorial. I really want to get one of these frames. I can’t afford sending quilts away for finishing.

Thank you so much for the clear explanation and visual explanation of how it goes together. These two machines are on my bucket list. Looking forward to the next video.

Thank you for this tutorial. I'll replay this to view while assembling my frame. Can't wait to get started with learning how to quilt.

One thing you can do with Styrofoam is break the pieces up if they are large and use them as crocks in the bottom of larger plant pots to provide drainage & cut down on weight.. Thanks for showing how that frame goes together I've been thinking of getting one but wasn't sure how difficult it would be. ❤

I’ve always thought about getting one of these. Thank you for giving me a inside look . I didn’t realize how large the space needed was! Good to see I need a bigger table!Can’t wait for the test quilt video!! Thanks for making this video!

You gave us the width of the frame (51.24"), could you also provide the depth. I'm finding it hard to find tables or desks wider than just under 24" and am wondering what I actually need - my Cutie Breeze is on it's way!
@rosecityoriginals23 күн бұрын
The frame is about 27” deep.

Off topic, but what kind of table are you using that perfectly fits your mat? I have the same mat, but searching for a table that fits. You did a great job showing how to put together the frame. Thank you
@rosecityoriginals2 ай бұрын
Thanks! It’s actually a sit/stand desk I picked up used when my day job office was downsizing. I did have to trim just a little off the sides of the mat to make it fit perfectly.

Obviously, you are a natural teacher. But could you please share comparisons of this cutie frame to quilting (wrestling yards of fabric) without it on a domestic tabletop machine? Also, a comparison to an actual long arm that you don’t have to move the quilt around on? Thank you.
@rebeccamulkern10513 ай бұрын
Such a useful video, thank you so much. Do you know if this one has any stitch regulator capacity or does it rely completely on your domestic sewing machine capabilities, so if your machine can't have a stitch regulator then it's not possible? I once tried a long arm with stitch regulator and it was the easiest thing ever, just like drawing with a pencil rather than spending ages trying to perfect that even stitch
@rosecityoriginals3 ай бұрын
The frame itself doesn’t have any stitch regulation, but I did add it later in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aXbadqmporOUbqMsi=cvIaCWWtStrQU86O

@@rosecityoriginals yes, I saw that later, thank you, I’m now trying to see if my brother innovis nv 1100 is compatible with any stitch regulator coz I think the one you are using mentions some brother models but not mine, thank you for your prompt reply

Looking forward to your next video. I have a Bernina Q16. Do you think it could work for a big machine like this?
@rosecityoriginals Жыл бұрын
It should, they say it can fit machines up to a 19” throat
@lynnes978 ай бұрын
At the start the instructions it says the front track should have the bumper on the right and the back track should have the bumper on the left. (Step 2 of Task 1).

I was part of the Beta test group, so the instructions were updated after I put mine together. Luckily it’s super easy to flip the bars around 🥰

Would a Brother Runway sewing machine work in that?
@rosecityoriginals Жыл бұрын
It might, but you quilting are will be limited by the throat space on the machine.

How to change bobbin while sewing
@rosecityoriginals3 ай бұрын
That’s going to depend on your machine. I have a side-load bobbin so I can just reach under and change it. If you have a top-load bobbin you may need to in-hoop a corner of the quilt so you can access the bobbin area.

I know this was a year ago. But while we don’t have any of the styrofoam services you mentioned here, there are some eBay sellers here that I have found on marketplace who are always willing to reuse the styrofoam instead of buying new in their packages they sell. I keep a little bit for myself but if I have all I need, I give it to these sellers. There are alternatives to the styrofoam, I sure wish they would consider that. But a shipper told me that all of the alternatives are noticeably higher in price, and increase the size of your packages so that shipping costs are higher. They do not necessarily increase weight, but box sizes and shapes that have to be handled differently by shippers so they charge more.
@rosecityoriginals26 күн бұрын
Thank you, I never would have thought to offer it up like that. I’ll keep that in mind when I get more styrofoam
