改编自美国著名作家米奇·阿尔博姆的同名畅销小说《最后14堂星期二的课》，描述一位罹患了无药可医的肌萎性脊髓侧索硬化症（简称ALS，俗称渐冻人）的大学教授莫利（金士杰饰），即将永别人世。不畏惧“死亡”的教授以自己的生命为活教材，把自己最真实的生命经验教授给一位世故冷漠、追求物质的学生米奇（卜学亮饰）。他希望透过学生的记录，把自己的生命历程、生死的领悟记录下来，两人用了14个星期二的时间，展开一段幽默又触动人心的生死对话……。
