My wife and I were watching a TV show where a "little" tugboat was pushing a Much Larger Vessel (possibly a Fishing Vessel) and she couldn't understand "how that little boat was able to PUSH the much larger boat"... I Laughed and said "Because that little harbor tugboat has probably twice the power as that much larger Vessel, one is made to Cruise at 12 Knots, for days, that Tugboat is made to PUSH/PULL Two vessels at 12 knots or more, and Go pretty damn fast when all by itself!" - Its a lot like a big-rig tow...like seen in your train vs truck accident video...The ones I used to operate had engines much larger than a "normal" semi-tractor, similar to Heavy Haul Tractors...but that was in a life before my wife.

Could be, but the engine room and recording device are kind of deceptive. It makes any diesel engine sound like a Detroit. I was watching a video of a Scania l6 a dc12 or 13 I think generator a in a european tugboat the other day, and it sounded just like a Detroit.
