Simple, basic statistical analysis can shining bright sort this out. is 486 PRC-nationals student population of this extremely far-flung college …statistically deviant from enrollment levels of pre-2023?? If the answer is “yes”, then something HIGHLY inorganic has occurred, for this skyrocketing demand to arise .
