TUKTUK: Egypt moves to regulate three-wheelers through licensing

Egypt has moved to tame the use of three-wheeled vehicles popularly known as tuk-tuks, by imposing legislation on the owners. Tuk-tuk owners will now be required to either license the auto rickshaws or replace them with minivans. CGTN's Joy Kiruki Juma with the details.
