I think it's also a testament to the importance of vigor. You spent so much of the game below the rune levels you usually get on mono-stat runs, but proper investment in vigor blew almost all of them away (except the run where your one stat WAS Vigor).

Idk if this would help at all, but if you want to get rid of some of the remembrance bosses but don't want that 'slippery slope' situation, you could always do all Great Rune runs. It doesn't cut Rykard unfortunately, but it would cut out some of those obscure, out of the way bosses like Astel, Fortisax, and the moose.

Use Storm Assault for a FF Dragoon (or FF7 Cid) run. Or, speaking of FE, Rogier's Rapier is a good look-a-like for Eliwood's Rapier... or the Bloody Helice as the AoW is essentially his crit animation (and incredibly good honestly). And while I'm not sure you'd do it... honestly shield only is more than doable. The Serpent Shield is over powered offensively, Shield Charge is just good (especially on something like the spiked shield) and... the flamethrower and Cannon are fun. Shield only is the only time I've ever 1 cycled Radahn... Maliketh is annoying though. If you wanted to tcosplay it obviously there's Shield Hero... and the two priestesses puppets are probably a decent Spirit ash.
