It probably wouldn't be normally, but in this case he got to the Grace basically right next to it. So it wouldn't be that much farther a walk down the roots to just drop in, nab it, and dip. It also is only like, a difference between 17.5% and 20% in terms of upgrades though, so it isn't the world's worst thing to miss out on.

I still think that Elden Ring has the same clothing philosophy as all the DS games. You can usually tell the really good players by how much they're not wearing. Tulok just showed he's a Souls Veteran with this build.

If anyone's wondering why Greyll was taking practically no damage in the beginning, it wasn't just because he was a bit under leveled. Pest Threads does damage every time it hits a hurtbox (hence why big enemies get shredded, they have a bunch of hurtboxes that multiply the damage a lot.) When he shot, he was too far away for the Pest Threads to pierce through all of Greyll, meaning it only hit about once per projectile instead of a million.

Snow Field isn't only the 2nd snow world, it's at least the 4th, but I think there might be another 1 or 2 I'm thinking of. Painted World of Ariamis in DS1, Painted World of Ariendel in DS3 are both snow worlds. Eleum Loyce in DS2. To be fair though it might be the 2nd to come in a game without DLCs.

It's funny because I've been playing a perfumer-inspired build and had Rollo as my Ash. Wanted to scoop up some runes in Snowfield and Haligtree, plus the Dragonshield talisman, before moving onto Fire Giant and beyond and..... Dang, Niall just destroys Rollo. Seriously had me doubting my brother in scent (Having to Golden parry into crits with a +20 erdsteel dagger to try and get any damage was also not super fun...). Sword guy was insta-blending me all the time too. Still better than Carman, though, at least I can see the fight

indeed, in the comics, at least in regards to Peter Parker, he started off as a nobody, got super powers, and had emotional baggage from Uncle Ben's death to guide him as a moral compass moving forward, as well as learning Martial Arts from Shang-Chi later on to develop his own style of Martial Arts, the Way of the Spider. the universe didn't hand him jack shit, he just got lucky one day, fucked up the next, and learned from both going on. dunno bout Miles though, haven't really dug into the Spiderverse. all i know is that Kingpin is built like a Brick Shithouse
