Hot Legal Bulletin: "Failure to comply" is not a capital crime. Nor is it always possible to "comply" when 6 hysterical cops are screaming conflicting instructions.
@mikehall99847 жыл бұрын
It all sounds good. Let's be very clear, there are many layers to this issue of policing in America. People in the community own part of the problem, but police officers own part of the problem as well. We need to comply with law enforcement's directives. All officers in law enforcement need to "police" people in the community equally, not just giving respect to those that look like you. We have some idiots in the community and some overzealous cops on the force. Not every cop is bad and not every black person is a threat. I This ish had got to change!!!

not everyone will be coherent or understand orders under fucking duress. the police can be trained to handle situations like this not the public. our military can't do that shit on foreign soil but its ok in the grand ol amerikkka...fucking twisted

I live in Tulsa and it's crushing that she got off. There were several cops there yet she was the only one that fwlt she had to shoot him. Shits ridiculous

Put there lives on the line everyday, becoming a police officer is a choice not a calling. If risking your life is not your thing, why take a job that scares the shit out of you? You take that job in order to push people around to bully others under color of law, make no mistake about it that is the only reason. Those in uniform are the weakest among us, because they gravitate to a life of protection from life itself, training is not an issue you cannot train away cowardice, narcissism, sociopathy and, psychopathy.

Telling these people that because they are black they are held down, victims, and the lawful group is hurting them from fixing their culture
@mikehall99847 жыл бұрын
These people? Let me guess, lawful people= white people? Fix their culture? Wow, you seem to have some very interesting views on "these people". Let me gues, you're not a minority. I can easily guess the kind of conversations that are had in your home.

@Not Garner, clearly you're a bigot. Last time I noticed, teen pregnancy, drug & alcohol use, domestic violence, crime, etc affected every race! Yes, even white people. So stop with your baseless numbers and wannabe facts. Continue to live in your lily white world while the rest of us at least acknowledge there are issue among every race and try to make sense of so many ppl losing their lives.
@flamingtoaster69897 жыл бұрын
typical calling someone a bigot for stating facts. facts cant be bigoted. I didn't say other races dont have these problems, just that the black communities is wildly out of proportion, and your music celebrates it.

Not Garner Facts may not be bigoted, but bigots use these stats to cloud honest conversations.

So does noncompliance equal a death sentence? Of course not, because there are many cases of ppl being noncompliant (for various reasons) and are still alive. He should've complied, no question there. Maybe he'd also be here if she wasn't scared of what her husband called a "bad dude".

But he was complying he had his hands up in the air! You know dam well that he was shot because he was black! Whites who get pulled over don't even have to have their hands up! Explain to me a white man who pulls a gun out of a police officer's holster shoots at the cop injures his shoulder doesn't get shot but arrested peacefully! It is all about black and white! Had Terrence Crutcher been white he would be here now!
@mikehall99847 жыл бұрын
I do believe he was shot because he's black. The only way I can explain the example u gave is white privilege. Back to what i was saying, we have to follow the directive given whether we like it or not. I don't like laying in the ground, but will do so if I have to and that helps to make it home.
@rl49497 жыл бұрын
I also strongly believe and it is obvious he was shot because he was black!
