With 25% growth every year, your money will double in 3 years due to compounding and not in 4 years. Also MF/stock returns are generally calculated at 12% returns per year on an average not 25%. Not sure how they advise clients if they make such basic mistakes.

Yes on an avg it’s 12% we calculate. In last 2 to 3 years some funds are giving more than 30 percent. But if we are looking at long term we should consider only 12%
