@davidbishop290 THEY really are. We tested them against a higher powered LC unit that costs a LOT more & the T&F's outshone the lumicycles. The beam was a different colour & pattern, & it just swamped the LC out. The gutting thing is last year I shelled out 400 notes on some ayup units, & a single 1200 Tumble and fall light beasts out both the units (4 beams) Looks like the ayups may be going on the ebay. Tune wise its spheres by DBS- Hope that helps

I bought a Pro900L in late 2012 partly based on this review. The light was bright, seemed well machined, and the only real weakness seemed to be the strap on the battery to mount to bike frame. However, after a few months of use I found the battery drained. This turned out to be due to water ingress, which I put down to the front cap not being torqued sufficiently. It happened again, and then the switch stopped working properly. I suspected corrosion behind the light fitting inside. On removing the internal fitting significant corrosion was evident, and the complete lack of any seal around the cable:in the wet, water can come straight in through the bottom of the light. I am extremely curious as to how the review here manages to immerse the light in a bowl of water; if my light was manufactured as standard there is no way it would continue to operate as it would short the PCB on the rear of the LED fitting.

Actually they're not. Thats just bullshit that people who don't really know have posted on some forums. Like with the lumicycle units, when you see the magicshines you'll know they aren't the same light. Tumble & Fall have been making their own lights for over 4 years. They don't even look the same, its completely different light mate. So don't believe everything you see posted on internet forums, especially as its probably posted by someone who makes or has spent £250+ on other lights :)
