I want to do a portrait picture but every time I put it on the mug it does the whole image without any contrast of color that the mug has. Is there a way to make the image look like how you made the pennywise with light and dark areas?

@JOMAMA11821 I'm using vector images here (SVG). It sounds like you may be trying to use a bitmap image (bmp, png, jpg, gif) If that's the case are you doing any processing to prepare the image like turning it to a black and white, adjusting contrast and brightness and what image algorithm are you using? Engraving bitmap image files is a bit of an art and there are quite a few videos out there for how to prepare images.

Okay that makes more sense. I was just taking an image and drag and dropping it onto the mug itself

I have new tumblers but the handle doesn’t come off ,Can it still be engraved with the rotary tool?

If the handle doesn't come off then no I wouldn't recommend it. Even if you elevated the machine to clear the handle from the bottom, it would crash the laser module if you're not absolutely certain of your positioning.

Nicely done! I just got the 40 watts wecreat as well but I cant get it to engrave as clean as yours. It's skipping and not engraving straight lines. Cant get clean results😢

Might help to post some pictures to the WeCreat users group on Facebook. I'm finding that although WeCreat's support is helpful, the 24 hour delay is very difficult to get real help.
