A first year from Kosei who has a strong admiration for marine animals that do not deserve to exist, like the Sheepshead fish Hummingbird (Code Name: Chonky) replacement for Morgana Basically, in this universe, most of the palace leaders dont exist or are reformed. So, instead, other characters take their place. For example, Kamoshida is now a normal PE teacher, and has been replaced by a hopeless romantic from the Shujin swimming team who tends to stalk the beekeeper.
