You look great! Thx so much for sharing. I lost 60 lbs recently with intermittent fasting (maintaining for 6 mos). This time I do have some loose skin on my stomach, inner thighs & under my arms. I figure it's mainly because I've lost 70 lbs twice before & I'm 68 yrs old now. I've likely stretched out my skin too many times & I no longer have the collagen of my youth. So even my weight training won't fix it. Although it's not pretty it's really not that bad. Not noticeable when I'm dressed. I won't be having any surgery for many reasons but I'll take the loose skin over the extra weight! 😊

Thank you so much. Dr. Rao is amazing. I didn’t have the massages because they weren’t part of his protocol. When I asked his nurse about them she didn’t think they would be helpful because I didn’t have lipo so I didn’t have them. I had no issues with communication. Everyone was super responsive and I really liked that every visit, from consultations to all post-op visits, were with Dr. Rao. I saw him every visit and he took time to answer all my questions. My visits were never rushed. I never felt like just another patient and that was important to me.

@ thanks. I have the consultation tomorrow morning. I want to have tummy tuck because I need muscle repair and have extra skin after having 2 babies. I have a pretty decent clean diet and I run in the treadmill and lift weight but my abdomen seems not to come back to what it was. At the same time I am super nervous about the outcome and the possible complications.

Hello! I am one month post op TT with Lipo360. Healing well. Did you have to wear a faja or binder, boards?

@@sokhongonzalez7088 Congrats and speedy recovery to you! I only had the tuck and muscle repair (no lipo) and wore a faja for the first 6 weeks, then transitioned to compression underwear (something like Spanx). They’re comfortable so I still wear them daily.

Don’t be nervous. As long as you researched and selected a great surgeon you’ll be fine. I didn’t plan to have surgery and didn’t want to when I found out it was my only option but I’m so glad I did it. Good luck to you, keep us posted on your progress! 💙
