Both can work fine. It all depends on the circumstances. Usually a mesh is not needed for a straightforward diastasis recti.

@@dhanudhanu6412 6 weeks for the bodysuit and binder. Can lie on the floor once you feel comfortable after that time. For exercise, go lightly, slowly and build up.
