ingredients
1st method (soaking time 4-5hrs)
2 cups raw rice(soaked)
3/4cup urad dal-wash 2 times(keep it in the fridge) soaked
1 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds/uluva
1 cup full thick aval/poha/or u can use cooked rice (choru)
2 cups water or more (if required)
salt
2nd method-(soaking time 5-6hrs)
2 cups raw rice-soaked(
1 cup urad dal(wash only 2 times)(keep it in the refrigerator) soaked
water 1 and 1/2 cups or more if required
fenugreek seeds 2 tsp
sago/chowvari/sabudana- 1/2 cup
(wash only 2 times)
salt.
