2 cans tuna (150grams)
3 blocks tofu
3 tablespoon butter
1 large onion
1 thumb-sized ginger
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tbsp. calamansi juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
red & green bell pepper
red chillies
green chilli (siling pang sigang)
1 large egg
black pepper to taste
oil for fying
