Check out my friend Chef Tom on ATBBQ. He has a lot of whole Turkey videos. I would do a whole bird on the rotisserie but if it’s going in the grill surface…. Hard to beat the spatchcock method…. We have a few new Turkey videos coming out… one will feature the new basket set. All the best Chef E

I for one will always fire up the kj for tuna ! Be it the big joe 3 jr or kettle joe doesn’t matter tuna is an all time favorite for me. Going to give the wasabi peas a try Cheers chef 🔥
