tuned 2024 zx6r top speed run

The bike is fully modded and tuned by 2wdw.
Top speed is maxed at 155mph and it reaches that number in just a couple seconds.
In order to reach a higher top speed… properly, a sprocket swap would need to be done (decreasing the insane acceleration in trade for top end)
While the 19-23’ 636 pulls slightly longer, the 24’ 636 pulls harder.

Man, after reading so much backlash on the '24 zx6, I was starting to become disheartened with the prospect of this as my next bike. It seems that (over a short amount of time) tuners and the like are beginning to bring out the nuts this bike really has though! Frankly, if I wanted a drag race top speed, I'd opt for a 1000. This vid seems to show your bike had way more to give, got there scary fast and that's sick

i’ve done exactly what 2wdw has done. I put down 128 wheel horse power only thing left is to do sprocket swaps

My 2021 zx6r hit 157 mph. Stock beside slip on exhaust. I want to get it flashed and cat delete. Such a fun bike.

the 636 is an amazing bike. new model has a tooth less on the front so gearing is way too short. Once I get some new sprockets she’s gonna be perfect

I *believe* the front sprocket is a tooth off between 19-23’ and 24’ there’s also different valves for emissions, which increases midrange power for less bhp.

i need to change my gearing (sprockets). I have 128whp lol i obv get to 155 much quicker than stock, but my 6th gear is literally too short. 5th gear is 148mph 6th gear is 155mph. Too much power for too short gearing

I was thinking about it, I heard pros and cons about them and Moore mafia. I might bring it to my local tuner tho. How do u like the 2wdw tune?

@dominicc1579 it’s the best tune for the 636 lmao, numbers don’t lie. And he actually cares about the longevity of your motor compared to moore.

yeah, i’m hoping this is the last 636 kawasaki makes. They payed homage to the early 2000s models through the headlights and just released the 40yr anniversary. Prices would surge and i’d be very happy abt that. The new generation of power is solely in the 1000ccs, 600s are strictly tracktoys and middleweight weapons. 🙉

Yep the 2006 model used to weigh the same and give almost 300 km/hr top speed..

@@mhxxd4 it’s all the emission code that kawasaki and others had to respect by law..it restrict these bike by a ton…you can flush the ecu to get better power and change exhaust..
