These bikes are a blast to ride, especially quick to accelerate around town and back roads! The tune and a couple mods make a huge difference for sure, I’ve got the dna air filter/cover and an akrapovic titanium exhaust, flashed with ft ecu and is so much better than it was stock. Also knew immediately you must be in LA as soon as I saw you ride by a boudin and cracklin place! Stay safe out here bro, mfs drive crazy, at least they do near BR 😂

I ride the 2017 model and it has 25K miles on it and I love that bike so much. It’s plenty of fun!

Bike sounds NUTS. I have the new xsr I get the Flashed ecu back today. I had a ninja 650 with an exhaust but the mt07 is something else.

I agree! I also had a ninja 650 before this

Did you get the ECU flashed or did you have it tuned on the dyno?
@Ian.IgnitionTV12 күн бұрын
Flashed the ecu, it’s what the whole video is about

Did you get an engine light on after the tune? And if so did it go away on its own?
@Ian.IgnitionTV6 ай бұрын
I believe I did in the first key on. But I’m the instructions tell you to key on then off then back on before starting. And I think it went away. Didn’t have one on

Get a speedo healer so that you know your real speed. Many of my bikes have been as much as 10% off...reading faster and adding unnecesary mileage to a bike.

Wdym by unnecessary mileage ?
@colbyprince9409 Жыл бұрын
@@dansrevenge1209 if the speedometer reads 110mph when you really were going 100mph, after one hour, your odometer will say 110mi instead of the true 100mi you've ridden. If the speedometer is 10% fast, it will add 10% more miles than you actually rode on your odometer.
@Ian.IgnitionTV Жыл бұрын
Well yes, however the amount the speed will be off is exponential. Say you’re off .2 mph at 5mph but at 100 you’re off 10mph. It depends on the speed you’re going for the % of extra mileage added.
@colbyprince9409 Жыл бұрын
@@Ian.IgnitionTV It's linear actually, its always off by the same percent. 10 percent of five mph is 0.5 mph, you wouldnt notice it on the speedo. but 10 percent at 100 mph would be off by 10 mph, quite noticable. if you rode for one hour at 5mph, it would have added an extra 0.5 mi to your odometer, ten percent of the distance traveled.
